What you do

  • Care for the flock

    Feed, clean and hand-feed your birds. Trust grows day by day until a bird is ready to fly free.

  • Train and race

    Toss your batchers out to build navigation and stamina, then enter them in club races and watch the field come home.

  • Breed new lines

    Pair a cock and a hen. They court, build a nest, sit on eggs for 18 days and raise squabs that inherit their looks and talents.

  • A sky to roam

    Let the flock out and watch the kit circle over the loft, follow a leader, range off and come home to the hatch.

  • Hand-made pixels

    Chunky pixel art, a chiptune soundtrack and wooden menus that feel like the pocket management games you grew up on.

  • Fully offline

    No account, no ads and no internet permission. Your loft is saved on your phone and the nests keep going while you are away.

  2. Allow the installWhen Android asks, allow your browser or file manager to install apps from this source. You can turn it off again afterwards.
  3. Open the file and playTap the downloaded file, choose Install, then open Bit Loft. A short guide shows on the first launch.

Bit Loft needs a 64-bit Android phone (Android 5.0 or newer, which is nearly every phone made since 2016) and about 100 MB of free space. It is an early version, so saves may be reset between big updates.
